Biography

Zhanglong Cao currently serves as a research fellow in the CBADA group on the AAGI project at CCDM. After obtaining his Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Otago in New Zealand, he joined CCDM and Curtin University.

In the past few years, he has provided statistical support, including experimental design, data analysis and visualization, to a various of GRDC funded projects. He has comprehensive experience in non-parametric regression, Bayesian inferences and statistics, linear mixed models, agribusiness and profit analysis, spatial data analysis, Gaussian process, and deep neural network.
